PORTLAND, Ore. — May 18, 2026 — Accel-RF Instruments Corporation was a Gold Sponsor of the 2026 International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (CS MANTECH) and exhibited at Booth 205. The conference ran May 18–21, 2026 at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront.
2026 marked CS MANTECH's 40th anniversary. The program featured over 80 invited and contributed presentations covering compound semiconductor processing and yield improvement, materials, test, reliability, and devices for RF, power, optoelectronics, photonics and artificial intelligence, with a special session on GaN foundries and labs. The exhibition showcased over 70 companies. The 40th annual ROCS Workshop opened the week on May 18 with a full day of compound semiconductor reliability tutorials and presentations, covering topics such as failure mechanisms, thermal effects and accelerated life testing.
Accel-RF has supported CS MANTECH as a sponsor for several years: Platinum in 2023, and Gold in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Its test systems cover RF-HTOL, DC-HTOL, HTRB, RF-biased burn-in and high-voltage switching tests for GaN, GaAs and SiC devices.
CS MANTECH 2027 will be held May 17–20, 2027 in Sandestin, Florida.
