BUSAN, South Korea — September 14, 2025 — Accel-RF Instruments Corporation exhibited with its group company, STAr Technologies, at the 22nd International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2025), held September 14–19 at BEXCO in Busan.
ICSCRM is one of the most influential global conferences on silicon carbide (SiC) and wide-bandgap materials, and draws academic and industry participants from around the world. 2025 was STAr Technologies' first time exhibiting at ICSCRM. STAr exhibited together with Accel-RF and its Italian partner, EDA Industries.
The joint exhibit covered test equipment, probe cards and solutions for high-power, high-current semiconductor devices. The Accel-RF automated accelerated reliability test system was part of the display.
Accel-RF has been part of the STAr Technologies group since 2020. STAr Technologies and EDA Industries announced a strategic partnership in May 2024.
For SiC and GaN power device makers, Accel-RF systems provide long-duration DC-HTOL, HTRB and high-voltage switching reliability testing.
