TUCSON, Ariz. — May 20, 2024 — Accel-RF Instruments Corporation co-authored two presentations at the 2024 Reliability of Compound Semiconductors (ROCS) Workshop, held Monday, May 20 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass ahead of the CS MANTECH conference. Both talks were part of Session 1, Advanced Test Methods, and came from joint work with KBR and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).

  • 1.2 — Investigation Into Hidden Degradation Modes of RF GaN and Low Ea Reliability Effects. Holly Burton and Nathan Grant (KBR), Brian Poling (AFRL), Ronald Wilkerson (Accel-RF).
  • 1.4 — Tracking Wireless Communication Performance Standards on RF Aged GaN HEMTs. Nathan Grant and Holly Burton (KBR), Brian Poling (AFRL), Ronald Wilkerson, Jeff Cotton and Roland Shaw (Accel-RF).

The second talk is a companion to Nathan Grant's 2024 Wright State University M.S.E.E. thesis, which used a 16-channel Accel-RF AARTS RF/Pulse system for 3.5 GHz RF aging of GaN HEMTs with in-situ IMD3 tracking.

During the CS MANTECH conference, May 20–23, 2024, Accel-RF was a Gold Sponsor and exhibited at Booth 299.

Both ROCS 2024 talks are listed with other work that uses Accel-RF systems on our Research Publications page.
