TUCSON, Ariz. — March 22, 2026 — Accel-RF Instruments Corporation was an exhibitor at the IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) 2026, held March 22–26 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
IRPS is a leading conference for engineers and scientists presenting new work in microelectronics reliability. It draws participants from the United States, Europe, Asia and beyond, and looks at the reliability of semiconductor devices, integrated circuits and microelectronic assemblies through both the physics of failure and the application environment.
The symposium is a natural fit for Accel-RF, whose systems run long-duration accelerated life tests on compound semiconductors, combining RF, DC and temperature stress on one platform to find device wear-out and performance degradation. Accel-RF's group company, STAr Technologies, also took part in IRPS 2026. Registered attendees can access the IRPS 2026 proceedings and slides on the Underline site.
Accel-RF will be back at IRPS 2027, March 21–25, 2027 at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, Accel-RF's home city.
Accel-RF Instruments Corporation, headquartered in San Diego, California, designs and builds accelerated life and reliability test systems for compound semiconductors such as GaN, GaAs and SiC. Founded in 2003, Accel-RF is part of the STAr Technologies group. Learn more at accelrf.com.
