NEW ORLEANS, La. — May 19, 2025 — Accel-RF Instruments Corporation was a Gold Sponsor of the 2025 International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (CS MANTECH) and exhibited at Booth 205. The conference ran May 19–22, 2025 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
The program opened on Monday with two workshops: the CS MANTECH Workshop, themed “Characterization and Measurement for Success in Compound Semiconductors,” and the Reliability of Compound Semiconductors (ROCS) Workshop, a forum for the latest results on compound semiconductor reliability. The exhibits opened that evening with the Exhibitor Reception.
CS MANTECH brings together compound semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers and researchers each year, and it is one of the main venues for the reliability community Accel-RF serves. Accel-RF's test systems cover RF-HTOL, DC-HTOL, HTRB, RF-biased burn-in and high-voltage switching tests for GaN, GaAs and SiC devices.
The 2025 Gold sponsorship continued Accel-RF's support of the conference. Accel-RF was a Platinum Sponsor in 2023 and a Gold Sponsor in 2024.
